UNCHURCH

UNCHURCH is an atrocity that emerges from the depths of the Chilean death metal scene in late 2022, where three entities form the strident disharmonies of this new act of violence manifesting from the abyss. Thus, this project, oriented toward antiChristianity and harrowing death metal, with varied influences within the genre, is born, creating a tripartite conversation between primitive and technical metal, without losing the dark and bestial essence of death. Their first work is a self-produced EP, released to the world in the last quarter of 2023, titled “Ode to Blasphemy.” It contains three original tracks and a closing track that invites you to make a pilgrimage to hell and delve into the sonic abyss of Unchurch. The trio is currently promoting their self-titled debut album, which will be released on vinyl, CD, and cassette through the prestigious Mexican label Chaos Records. This work features nine tracks of pure and insane Death Metal. The album was mixed and mastered by Rod Serrano at GSR Studio. The album artwork was created by Daniel Hermosilla of Nox Fragor Art, under the creative concept of José Strife.
